Who do you think should be in the next Super Smash « Thread Started on Jul 10, 2009, 2:05pm »
Just like the title said, who do you think should be in the next Super Smash Bros. game, should they make one? Give the name, game, and if it's nintendo or 3rd party along with why and give examples of moves/final smash.
Zero-Megaman Zero series-3rd party(capcom): Zero would be perfect for Smash Bros. He's got a variety of weapons and moves to keep people entertained and smashing others for days on end. His Final Smash would probably be like a Multi Charge Shot or Sword slash attack. Or they'd take his super move from Megaman X command Mission.
Megaman.exe- Megaman Battle Network series- 3rd party(capcom)- Another great choice. Reason I don't choose regular Megaman or X is because he'd be seen as a another Samus or Kirby. Megaman.exe however, is all his own. His attacks would be based off of battle chips, like Longsword, cannon, etc. His final Smash would be either Program Advance, Oversoul, or Beast Out.
Travis Touchdown-No More Heroes-Nintendo- Travis Touchdown is just, freaking, awsome. From start to finish, all his moves would reflect his otaku and assassian ways. Final Smash would be when he goes super, I think that moves was called Strawberry on the Shortcake.
Roy-Fire Emblem-Nintendo(Intelligence co.)-Bring back Roy! He was awsome and one of the best characters in Melee. Period. I would school 3 lvl 9's on teams with him.

My list:
-More FE characters. I would have been happy even if they had put in Eliwood, but a thief would be awesome. -Birdo. -Tingle. I know he's almost universally hated, but he would be a...unique addition to the game. -Any Golden Sun character.
Though I love Pit a lot, I was kinda excited for Geno from Super Mario Bros RPG to be in the game.
Though that little Pikman dude can get right the hell out of there.
I want to agree, but the bit in the SSE where [spoiler]Captain Falcon squished the Pikmin[/spoiler] was the best part of the game. But aside from that, yeah, Olimar can go away and be replaced with Roy or something.

Don't just give the game and characters. Say what you want their attacks to be, their final smash, and WHY you chose those moves.
and yes, it can extend to character changes or people you want out.
I personally think Wolf and Olimar should go. Wolf is more or less a carbon copy of Fox and Falco, just with a different way to do a same moveset. Olimar is pathetic. Unless you know how to use him, chances are you'll never try him more than once.

Jack from Harvest Moon...because...because...becuase I really like Harvest Moon? ^^;
He would fight with his tools: his hammer, his sickle, his axe, his...watering can?
His final smash would be Upgrade to Mythic; for a brief period of time, all of his tools would be more powerful and do more damage.
And for the love of God, get rid of Yoshi! He's annoying and stupid, and there are better Mario characters to use! Daisy, Waluigi, Toadsworth, anyone but Yoshi!

That's probably never going to happen.
Star Tropics was developed by NoA exclusively for the western markets. It has never been released in Japan, and so I doubt that they would throw a character in that the JDM market would be unfamiliar with.
Anyway, I'd like to see more Mother characters. Maybe that's a pipe dream, but on the other hand, there has been no shortage of them in the series so far.
Flint from Mother 3, Teddy from Mother/EB0, Poo from Mother 2/Earthbound, and Jeff from Mother 2/Earthbound would be especially interesting.
Get some old school characters in, too. How about Mike from Star Tropics?
Sorry for not really understanding. Bare in mind that I never played the original Star Tropics, just Zora's revenge.
Mike would be, un surprisenly, a long range character. He likes throwing everything. He has one of three different throwing items; Small, Large, Magic. With the small, you get the bonus of occationally chucking out a Triple Strike Ball. Maybe the Bola as a short ranged weapon or something, or the Katana.
And when he jumps, of course, he has to raise his elbow in front of his face like the cool guy he thinks he is.
I can't think of a return move yet...but maybe I will. But one of his shields should shock people.
I also believe that Gandorf needs to be re-vamped a little. He's a Captain Falcon clone! Give him a sword, at least.

Put in a true Brawler
Ken-Street Fighter, Street Fighter 2, Street Fighter Alpha, Street Fighter EX, Street Fighter EX2, Marvel Vs. Capcom, Capcom Vs. SNK, Capcom Vs. Tatsunoko, Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter, Street Fighter Vs. X-men, Street Fighter 3, Street Fighter 4, Puzzle Fighter, Puzzle Fighter 2, Capcom Vs. SNK 2, NamcoxCapcom-Capcom
One of the best fighters from Street Fighter goes into Brawl looking for more people to practice against before he goes off to fight Ryu again!
His B move, for sure, is Hadouken. It'd be chargeable, and has a moderate knock-back effect if not guarded against.
His side B move would be the Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku, otherwise known as the Hurricane kick. For those that are still lost, it's the spinning kick move. It'd be a multi-hit with small knock-back.
Up B is the famous flaming Shoryuken. Multi-hit, with burning effect, and his safety move for when he's tossed off stage.
Down B would be another random special he has, probably like Falcon's down B or something.
Final Smash: So hard to choose. The Shoryu Reppa or the ShinRyuKen. Either way, it's going to be a massive pillar of flames and fists heading towards you, with heavy knock-back effect and high chance of KO.

I've been playing Dungeon Fighter Online a lot lately, and I think the Slayer and Gunner class would be perfect for brawl. Despite being MMORPG class characters, they do have a background at least and a hell of a lot of awsome moves to choose from, along with a final smash and lots of dungeons to choose from as their stage. Plus, they're customizeable, so we get to have fun in picking out what color they are (for all we know, they could make their skin yellow.)

With playing Valkyrie Profile, I wanna play as Valkyrie Lenneth.
She would have her sword, which could do one to three attacks, depending on the timing. I believe her sword would be used with the A or B, and bow attacks as her small attacks, or maybe visa verse.
Her return would be a glide, which would be probably something similar to Kid Icarus. However, she also has the option of floating infinite in one spot, but can spin around.
