I don't think either of them are particularly mean... The meanest person in FoMT I thought was Grey "Don't you need to be getting back to the farm? " Anna is just a little quarky... Rick is nerdy. Remember back in, I think it was HM the original, Ann was the nerd, playing around making little inventions. Okay, don't go off on me, there are three types of nerds. Me kind, Mary kind, and Ann the inventer kind.

Meh. I don't like them. I could stand Rick if he wasn't so obsessed with his sister. It's kinda creepy. And Anna...I just don't like her!

Yeah, you can dislike someone with them being mean. I don't like Popuri because she has an IQ lower than a jar of mayonaise. Don't mean she's mean. Why the heck am I trying to lecture somebody on interpersonal relationships? Me! Of all people! Hey! Would you like to have me have Jack bump off Anna and Rick?

Well, I wouldn't object to that.... But I don't want you to mess up your plot by adding the random murders of Rick and Anna.

Oh no, I'm sure I can think up a good reason for Jack to kill them... I'm not even exactly sure who all Jack should kill in the course of the story, I have the end figured out, and a few pieces in the middle. The hard part is getting them to all connect together. This is one of those connecting together chapters I'm doing. I'll probably put out Chapter 8 within an hour after 7, because I already got it put together. Sort of like an apology for making everyone wait so long. This is how all my stories work. I quite literally beat the crud out of myself trying to connect the beginning, random middle events, and end together.

If you can come up with a good reason, go ahead. I'm not the only who wouldn't mind seeing Jack kill Rick.

Do you do something like that? Have the begining, the end, and certain events in the middle you want to include. Then have to somehow connect it into a story?
Or do I just have a very frustrating writing style?

Yeah. I usually have a general idea of how I want it to end, maybe a few things in the middle. Secret Hearts is hard because I have only the vaugest idea how it will end.

I have a VERY clear image of how I want the last scene of my Fanfic to run... It's going to be great! The last chapter will be far more powerful than any other in my story.
I actually had the ending before I had the beginning. When I figured out that I could write the Fanfic in my style by making Jack a revenge homocidal person, the final scene just came to me, and I knew that was how I had to end it. If nothing else, that had to be the ending.

Yes... Unless it is a Rubix Cube... then you can just chuck it at a wall and glue it back together correctly...

Well, I'm not in the habit of throwing my belongings at the wall....

I cheat... I've learned to twist the cube in a patern I can run backwards... I leave it sitting on my dresser scrambled, and I can look smart when I quickly twist it back to normal.

I never had the patience to solve a Rubik's cube.

Like I said... Break it apart, the pieces do snap out. Don't worry about using to much force. Then you just snap the pieces back together in the right places. The only person who can solve a Rubix Cube is that freaky little chinese boy down the street.
