Wait! You think that I intentionally break my nintendo systems? You have to be kidding me. I wouldn't ever break them! They just get old, get dust inside of them and then they break down. My Super Nintendo, we we're sure how to clean it, it got old and when my uncle was working on it, he said that there was a lot of dust and stuff in it. I know your supposed to clean a GC right? Well, how do you do that? I'm afraid to take water to it. Someone told me to wet a rag only a little and then put your index finger inside of it and put it to the laser and where the disk goes. But I'm afraid to do that because I might ruin it! Then I couldn't play my games any longer!!! :PThen what would I do on Saturdays?

Don't bother cleaning it, it's just like a car, mechanical parts eventually wear out, nothing you can do.

Absolutely not! If you touch the laser, the thing dies instantanously! Gamecubes do a good job of staying clean. Just leave the lid closed.

. . . . .exactly how does the gamecube clean it's self? I mean I understand if you keep the lid closed, it keeps the dust out, but how does it clean its self?

It doesn't clean itself, it just doesn't get dust inside unless you leave the lid open. Don't try to clean it on the inside, you will only break it. Try the underside. Dust likes to collect in the little sections in the bottom, and you can clean that safely.
