I don't think so. You can always go to www.zelda.com and check the encyclopedia to see, but I'm pretty sure it's moblin.

I only have vague memories as an infant of the first Zelda...........(my dad used to put me in a carriage and make me watch him play..... I loved it) but you know I think N2g's right......
Speaking of moblins.......... Why were there no moblins in Tlozoot? And why did'nt any throw boomeragngs in Tlozww?

You know those large guys that are in the maze to the Forest Temple? That's them. They have spears (a traditional Moblin weapon) and the Moblin with the large club that sent shock waves down that long path to the Temple simply held a new weapon. Also, if you notice, no enemy in a 3-D Zelda game uses boomerangs.

The monster that throws the boomerangs is called Goriya. I got it from my old zelda Instruction Booklet. Goriya:A little devil that lives underground. He uses boomerangs. There are two of his type, blue ones and red ones. Watch out for the blue ones! They are strong. Blue One Red One

Why aren't there any of them in OoT? And why aren't there Wolfos in WW? .... And can SOMEBODY tell me where that giant octo guy went with the Great Fairy?

WW is the Great Sea, so no Wolfos.
