Heh....... I loved these games.... Theres supposedly a Banjo-Threeie coming out for Xbox....... Errr loophole?

Yeah, I heard about BK3 on XBox. WTF are thinking? A Banjo-Kazooie game doesn't fit on the XBox.
Anyway, about the loophole... Nintendo sold Rare to Microsoft in 2002. The contract between Nintendo and Rare apperently said that if these two compaines were to split, Banjo-Kazooie could not appear on ANY Nintendo home console ever again. But, there seems to be a loophole in that contract that nullifies its effect on Nintendo handhelds, thus Grunty's Revenge and Banjo-Pilot. Who knows, maybe there's a chance of a BK on the DS?

Nintendo OWNED DK and Fox from the very begining, just let Rare make their games, like Namco is doing now for DK and Fox.
Nintendo sold Rare because they weren't so hot near the end of the N64 era. This meant the James Bond titles as well also went over to Electronic Arts where the series just went downhill.
