Author's Note~ Since Popuri's wedding is the first one, I'll do her wedding scene (this chapter) in her PoV. Like Karen, this is the ONLY chapter where it is told in Popuri's PoV. And, since this is Poppy we're talking about, this chapter will have lots of stuff about clothing and such.

Chapter 42

For the whole week, I was exited. Kai was here earlier than usual, I was getting married to him, and I was expecting a baby at the end of Summer! Woo! Mom was estatic about me getting married to Kai, but Rick almost slapped me. He yelled at me endlessly about how 'your life will go downhill from here', 'its better to stay unmarried than to marry him' and even 'I never want that scumbag in my house!' I yelled, too. It IS my choice, after all. And, be stuck as a single for EVER? No way.

Finally, the day came. It was Summer 4th early in the morning. Rick and Mom were up, Rick pleading that this was my last chance to save myself. I just ignore him, like I always do. Its too late. I'm not a little kid. I do feel sorry for him, though. I think he's acting even worse because I spilled the beans about Karen and what she did for Ann.
My wedding dress is so gorgeous! Its frilly and long and white, and I have a veil that is matching lace. My hair will be tied back with green flowery-things. Mom thinks it'll aceent my hair beautifully. That really makes me blush. I guess I'll put on make-up, just a dab of blush and mascara, and some lipstick (giggle).
I hear the clock strike nine o'clock. The wedding will start in an hour! We began walking to Church, since it is a long walk, anyway. We walk in silence, and slower than usual so we don't mess up our clothes. Rick decided to come, after all. I'm glad. He annoys me, but he IS my only brother.
"Hey, Poppies." I whirl around, and there is my fiancee!
"KAI!" I scream, running over to him. He looks really handsome, and I almost didn't recognize him! But, since he is wearing his trademark purple bandana, I did.
"Oh hello future son-in-law." Mom cheerily said.
"Hi Kai." Rick said flatly.
"Hello, Miss Lillia. Hello, Rick." Kai answered.
"Lets GO!" I screeched, linking my arm with Kai's. "I don't wanna be late for my own wedding!"

"...Do we have any objections to these two lovely young people getting married?" Carter asked, looking around. I saw Rick open his mouth, but Mom elbowed him and covered his mouth with her hand. I grinned happily.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife!" Carter cried. "You may kiss the bride."
Kai, being the guy he is, swept me into a kiss I'd never forget. I was so estatic. This was the best day of my life! As I looked around, I saw everyone (excluding Rick) having a good time. The bridesmaids (Ann, Mary, and Elli) were pretty in pink dresses (although Ann looks uncomfortable wearing pink). The best man (Gray) even smiled! Wow! This is a day I'll always remember. My wedding day.

Thanks! -huggles- I think if more people like it, when this fanfiction is over, I'll start a new one with Poppy as the main character. Many think she's really dumb and air-headed... but I like her.

Yeah. Popuri was the first one I married. I erased the file, though, 'cause I was really far behind. I lost my horse, ect. ect.

Chapter 43

On the wedding day, just two days after Popuri's, I woke up, still unbelievably sleepy.
"What time is it?" I mumbled, but I thought it was early. It had to be. I fell asleep for a few more hours, still unaware that it was eight o'clock.
"Ann. Ann! ANN!" my wonderful dad bellowed, making me jump about three feet into the air. "Get UP! You don't want to be late for your own wedding!"
I gasped and looked at the bedside clock. The blinking numbers read 10:40. My wedding started in twenty minutes! I screamed, shoved Doug out the door and hurriedly took my wedding dress out. It was really pretty, and even I, the tomboy, thought it was gorgeous. I even put my hair up in something other than the usual braid. When I finished, it was 10:50. I didn't bother with make-up, because I hate the stuff. I don't want to look like a clown.
"How pretty you are, Annie."
"Thanks Dad," I hurriedly said, "but we're late!"

Most everyone was there already, including Jack.
"That was record time, Ann. I thought you would leave me at the altar!" Jack whispered. I playfully punched him.
"You know I wouldn't do that. I slept in."
His eyes were wide with surprise. "Really? Wow. I woke up at four in the morning!"
I giggled. Silly old Jack.

"...Does anyone have any objections to this couple getting wed?" Carter asked, looking around. Good. Turning back to us, he said, "I now pronounce you husbadn and wife. You may kiss the bride."
When I opened my mouth to tell Jack I loved him, her wrapped me in his arms and kissed me.
Popuri, Elli, and Mary (the bridesmaids) all said "awww!" The best man, Rick, did nothing. (He was picked because Jack felt bad for him) Kai whistled. I rolled my eyes. Come on, its just a kiss!
When we finished, Jack placed a sparkling ring on my finger. I put a gold one on his. When I threw the bouquet, Elli went out of her way, ran in that pale orange dress, and cought it! I cheered. Go Elli! And, its true. She is getting married two days later.

As I waved bye to all of the guests and Jack and I left for his house, I thought how lucky I was. Jack chose me out of all these pretty girls. I'm glad, too, because I hate Cliff (who, by the way, left earlier today). I could not have been happier than I was now.

Chapter 44

It was finally here- my wedding day. I was getting married to the man I'd loved for ever, and he finally noticed me! Popuri's wedding was so cute! I hope mine will go as smoothly.
Grandma and Stu are so exited! Stu thinks he'll move in with us forever, but that's not going to happen. Grandma really believes this is the best thing for me. I think I'll search for a cure for her. I feel so bad! I wonder how she'll come to the wedding...

I woke up at five A.M. of my wedding day still sleepy but wide-awake at the same time. Since there is nothing else to do at five in the morning, I tried to sleep. No such luck. Oh well. I wonder if my fiancee is awake? I aksed myself. Probably not. He wakes up early, but not at five A.M.!
"I guess I'll have to make breakfast," I mumbled. As I got dressed in my normal nurse's outfit, I brushed against my wedding dress. It was so pretty- white with a few pretty bows, and a big blue part at the bottom. I couldn't wait.

Finally, it was eight o'clock. The Doctor, my fiancee, was awake. We talked a bit (okay, okay, we talked for an hour) before getting dressed. Tim looks so handsom in his pure-white suit and blue bow tie that matches mine. I guess this is going to be a blue wedding! Not in a bad way, though. My bridesmaids (Ann, Popuri, and Mary) are also wearing blue. I think the best man (Jack) will also be wearing blue.

At nine thirty we began our walk to the Church. It was such a pretty summer day! I ran into Ann and her husband Jack, who was walking towards the Church as well.
"Heya, Elli! Ready for the big day?" Ann asked, catching up to me.
"Yeah," I answered, "but I'm a little nervous."
We chatted all the way to the Church. I was getting more and more nervous, but something told me it was worth it.

"...I now pronounce you husband and wife. May you be hppy always." Cater said, bowing.
There were happy tears on my grandmother's eyes, but she quickly brushed them away.
"You may now kiss the bride." Carter added, looking at us.
The Doctor blushed red, but he leaned in and kissed me. There were cheers in the croud (mostly from Kai). I'll never forget today.
