Chapter 14-
"Girl, you are just ungetable," Karen giggled.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Claire asked, annoyed.
"I just don't understand you..."
"Urghhh! Of course you don't! No one does!" She said in frustration.
"Even Kai..."
" 'Fraid to tell you it, girl, but Kai is the ONLY one who understands you."
"I'll never believe that, Karen."
"Suit yourself."
"Thank you. I will."

She had nowhere to go. Claire just let her feet drag her wherever they wanted to drag her. She looked down. Sand.
"sh*t," she said. "Stupid feet"
"Can I help you?"
"Oh, hi Won. No, you can't"
Won gave a surprised look and opened the door to the small cabin.
"Oh, yeah, Kai's in his lodge, if you were looking for him," Won explained.
*Does EVERYONE think I'm in love with him or something?* She asked herself.
"Hi."
Claire looked up to see who was speaking to her.

Thanks earthgoddess! Chapter 15- "Oh, it's you," Claire said coldly. "Yeah, it is," Kai agreed. Claire sighed, and whispered, "I'm sorry." She said this like those 5 year olds who never want to be wrong. Kai chuckled, "No your not." "Well do you WANT me to be?!" Claire was already furious. "Yeah, I do." "Well, I'm sorry!" "You still don't mean it." "I AM SORRY!" "I can tell you don't mean it, Claire!" He smiled. Tears broke from her eyes." I AM SORRY KAI!" She blurted. "I DON'T KNOW WHAT AND WHY I AM APOLIGIZING TO YOU FOR, BUT KAI, I AM OFFICIALLY SORRY!" "Nope, not yet." "Kai, this is so-s-s-so....you!" Chapter 16-
"Kai....Kai, why do you do this to me?!"
"Because that's who I am."
"Kai, you're lying, it's not you."
"I totally agree" Popuri agreed, coming out from hiding behind Zack's house.
"Popuri!" Kai said, puzzled. He wrapped his arm around Popuri's waste as he did at the bar with Claire.
"No Kai," Popuri scolded him like a dog, and pushed him away.
Kai just shook his head.
The two girls waited.
"I'm sorry." Claire said.
For once, Kai didn't reply. Popuri shifted her eyes to him, as a cue.
Silence.

"Kai, you have two choices," Popuri took charge. Kai lifted his head.
"Say sorry, or say, thats ok, or....be a son of a bitch and don't say anything."
"Thats three."
"Whatever, choose" Pouri said, annoyed.
Kai sighed, "Sorry"
Popuri grinned in success."Good."
"That doesn't settle it Popuri," Kai complained. Claire just kept quiet.
"Well, then you have to mean it, like you told Claire," Said Popuri
"Umm guys, I gatta go," Claire tried to escape.
"C'mon Claire, you can't go yet," Popuri bribed.
"Popuri, thanks, but I can do whatever the hell I want, and you and Kai can live happily ever after together in this noce small, cute town and sing joy to the world every single friggin day, but you know what!?!"
"b-" Popuri tried to stop her.
"I don't care." Claire finished " I just don't care."
