My first HM fanfic. XDDD

Chapter 1.

"Home sweet home." Aftyn sighed, collapsing on her wooden table, one of the few places to sit in her small home. The girl had spent her day getting to know some of the townspeople in her new home, Mineral Town.

Mineral Town was a wonderful place, if you didn't count Won, the creepy merchant that did door to door selling at times, would knock on your door in the middle of the night, at the crack of dawn, or he'd try to rip you off of what your items were really worth. Great guy, great guy.

Aftyn gazed at her clock, not quite taking in what time it was, at least until she looked for the second time. Breathing in slowly, she ran her hand through her tousled blond hair, her pale green eyes still lingering on the clock. It read 12:35, which was a good few hours past the time limit she had set for herself that day, while she was exploring the town, dropping by everyone's house, and starting up friendly conversations.

"Oh. My. God. Shiiiiet." She was frantic, rapidly throwing jeans and shirts everywhere, attempting to look for something to sleep in. Aftyn was planning on visiting the church the next day, not that she normally did that early in the morning, but she did have a lot of farm work to do, and all she really wanted to do was visit.. Carter, was his name?

Oh well. Gotta hurry up, Aftyn, you don't want to oversleep again. She thought, finally spotting her black and red pair of Pj's. Within minutes she was laying in bed, letting out a huffy sigh. This day would soon be gone, and tomorrow would come faster than she'd plan.
