Depends on which mine you are in.
In Spring Mine...
9 Goddess Gems which fuse together into the Goddess Jewel that heals Stamina constantly.
1 Power Berry
Mythic Stones for upgrading tools to Mythic
Teleport Stone for teleporting around the game... duh!
Goddess Gems are on floors 60 and some others which I don't have memorized.
Power Berry is on the 100th floor
Mythic Stones only appear once you have the Blessed Tools and on floors 60 and below.
Teleport Stone is on the 255th floor on year 3 and later.
Winter Mine...
Kappa Jewels forgot every level they are on. Do stamina
Cursed Tools - 29, 39, 49, 59, 69, and 79
Power Berry on floor 19
Alexandrite on every 50 floors and floors 250+ sells for a crapload
Pink Diamonds on every 30 floors, sell for a crapload too

... *passes out* I've failed like... 2 times to get to the bottom of the Winter Mine. I don't even think the Kappa Gem is worth it.

My first gem was the Kappa Gem, but I never use it, it's only to complete the game 100%, and it's really boring to get to the bottom of the mine, but I got the gem too to never lay my feet in that winter mine, so now my next goal is to get the goddess jewels(I have 2 alredy) and the Teleport stone  |

There are 255 levels. You need to pack lots of Elli leaves, Turbojolt, and Bodigizer.
On level one save after you enter the mine. Dig around until you find the staircase, then re-set the game. Dig in the exact place the staircase was. Then save the game again. Go down the stairs, and save the games again in the second save slot.
If you don't find the stairs, reload the saved game in slot one.
If you find them, reload the saved game in slot two. Find the stairs, and save the game in slot one before you go down. Repeat the process for each level.
It takes a long time, so be patient!
