I never played BtN far enough to see the others get married, but each girl marries her rival:
Ann and Cliff, Mary and Gray, Popuri and Kai, Karen and Rick. They don't have kids. =/

It would be cool if they did have a child.If haven't play that long either it was only like the 5 year or somthing they get married.You have to be friends with them.

You can continue to see other girls get married if either A. you go into the church a week after you see the Rival's last heart event or B. you are good enough friends with the rival that you get invited to the wedding.
It doesn't matter which, you still get to go.
