I'm giving it an 8.
True, it is a wonderful game. A game I play a lot and still play. And myself, I would give it higher.
Let's review:
Graphics:
I always have a tendency to go with non porygons with graphics. So, I love this for that. Make it seem oldschool. I wish they had animantion on how things look after you throw them, but oh well. The colors are great. The back-wards hat is cool, too.
Music:
Love it. It fits well with the season you are on. Certain festival music bugs me, though.
Gameplay:
As a harvest moon fan, I like it. The time is not too fast nor too slow. The building up on tools is great and the shopping for items. And the longtivity you get to play is great! However, it is annoying that everyone stays pretty much the same age over 200 years! And your kid does not grow up at all. And I bet if you play for 20 years, it probably starts to get a little boring.
