From what I have seen on another board/forum, that defalt name is Claire. Also today ( June 19 ) on Gamefaqs, someone has posted that the release date for MFOMT is July 26.

From what the other board had said the rough translation of the Japanese name is the equivalent of Claire, Just like the Japanese name for the boys version comes to Pete. But I guess that Natsume didn't like Pete and Claire, and changed it to Jack and Jill.
