Tale of two towns needs a punch command

Ah. the request board. The place where people in need request items they need to move on with their daily lives. But what this game needs is for the farmer to be able to punch some people in the goddamn eye! I mean, seriously, wtf is wrong with the villagers. They keep asking for the same thing over and over and over and over. Kana asked me for Material Stone 3 days in a row, how much material do you need to fix your stable dude! And some of the villagers keep asking for things that I cannot get easily, like some rare flower or specie of fish; and I MUST get it within 3 days. But what REALLY grinds my gears is the requests for things I cannot get or get yet. Ina asked me for 2 tomatoes to be delivered to someone. Hello? It's summer 3, and the old man won't sell me tomato seeds, and even IF I had the seeds, by the time the plant grows, the request is long overdue. And of course, people asking for milk before I had the chance to get a cow.

I just want to knock on their door, and say, "You want some milk? *POW!* Keep the reward you filthy animal!

The requests do get a bit silly sometimes. Like, Mako, you go into the mountains nearly every night to look for plants, why do you need me to get you flowers?

And of course, I forgot to mention the villagers who ask for common stuff they can get on their own. Reina for example keeps asking for rocks. And yet, she's standing literally 2 feet from a rock.

Okay, seriously, Reina, babe, I love ya, and I love to help ya. If you want a rock, I'll get ya a rock. But it's a ******* rock! Can't you get that by yourself?

I figured they were maybe too heavy for her to carry down from the mountain herself.

If that's the case, I should stop giving her the rocks while she's still on the mountain. Especially when she asks for 2 rocks. That box must be pretty heavy.

I really wanna Punch Gombe in the face. The old bastard won't sell me seeds unless he wants to. He's closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, holidays, rainy days, hurricanes. When is he ever open? And when he is open, he doesn't have the seeds I want.

Gombe doesn't bother me, but maybe it's because I figure he's old and runs the shop for the heck of it. And I'm nuts about Nori.

Now REQUESTS, they vary, some I think of as regular maintenance, like Kana's or Howard's, but some are random. They can be cute(Rahi's confession that he wants flowers for Ying) and can reveal a bit about characters, BUT, they can be a pain. Some seem to be purposely impossible, however, in my experience, the rewards if you can do them are great. I advise just doing the easy ones until you get a higher request level, then ignore any non-colored ones.

I had a chicken die once because of Jessica being closed so often. I forget exactly what happened but it was a combination of her regular say off, bad weather and a festival, I think.

Of course, the one character who has every right to close up shop when it rains stays open.

Edit: actually it was the cooking festival and two rainy days.

I'm saving a punch for Hiro too! I'm in the middle of a date with Nori, and he feels the need to butt into our conversation to cry over a stain on a handkerchief that Nori loaned him. Dude, seriously? Couldn't that wait till the next day or something?
