To take an image, first you right click and go to Copy Image Location.
Next, you take this following code...
[img] [/img]
Between the two tags, you paste what you copied earlier. Then you can post the message.
That's how you post an image.

To choose your gender, you need to view your profile. Then while you are lookinh at your profile, choose modify profile. Scroll down to where you can see the choise for your gender.
