I have an idea for a book/novel/nanowrimo thing. It’s a story about a girl. Who can read minds. Then she meets a guy whose mind she can’t read. It’ll look like Twilight on the outside, but actually, the guy she loves is ghost/spirit. And she can’t actually read minds. At first the ghost tells her he put fake thoughts in her head, but she finds out she was insane and made up thoughts for others in their voices. She realizes this and confronts him. He apologizes, and says their love can never be. He disappears, and she gets taken away to an insane asylum. The End. What do you guys think?
I always make up new ideas for books. The chances of them being finished are slim though. Oh well. Any feedback plox?

I think you should make it a true horror story, unlike what Twilight appears to be.
I'm sorry to the Twilight fans, but if something is called "Vampire Baseball," I cannot take it seriously.

That does sound interesting. Go ahead with that idea.
All of my book ideas are so huge that it would take me years to complete a single one. This seems short enough to be a great book without spending the rest of one person's life writing it.

It seems rather anti-climatic. I think you need more conflict... and not with men in white jackets. Maybe a deeper plot, a conspiracy or something.

I might have her already be dead when the story begins. She's supposed to be in Reenav, a country thats always very warm. The plane crashed in a blizzard on another country. She dies of hypothermia, and she goes into a temporary dream state until Estrella weaves her a heaven. She meets Vincent. Her friend Ryan, will disappear. Ryan actually left the dream. Her and Vincent search for her. Vincent is actually a ghost who died before, and asked Estrella if he could travel dreamers. He goes into the dream of the newly dead. Once their dream goes bad, that means their heaven is done. If he becomes close to them, he'll ask if he can go to their heaven with them. People who know each other have their heavens mix to see each other again. So he asks them, and if they agree then he lives in their heaven together. Him and Jade(the main charrie) live in a heaven together in the end. Maybe that'll make it a bit deeper?

Certainly makes it more complexion.
