Do I need to water my wheat in Grand Bazaar? What about grass?

Considering wheat is a crop i guess so... not sure about grass i normally water it until its grown but after it grows and i start harvesting it i don't usually water my grass...

I experimented; you don't need to water either. I don't know if watering speeds the growing or affects the quality.
