I tried doing one back in the summer, in...Sapphire? I think. One of the gen 3 games anyway. It didn't go well. All my Pokemon, except my starter kept dying, so catching new Pokemon to replace the dead ones got extremely hard, because my starter became over-leveled. :/
I'd like to try one for HG or SS, though, and make a comic for it.

I try to keep my Pokemon on the same level so that overleveling doesn't happen. And I'm also doing one in SS. Don't remember where I am atm, but I think I beat the Mahogany Rocket HQ 'cause that's where my log is for that.

I tried to raise them evenly, but I had bad luck. I don't think I even was able to get any Pokemon on the first few routes, because i accidentally killed the first one I encountered, so my starter got all the experience points.

There was an old RPG for the original Gameboy that worked sort of like this, but I can't remember the name.
Anyway, I'll pass. Pokemon has always been more about the collecting to me.

I decided to restart Black 2 as a Nuzlocke. Of course, when I started my new file, I didn't pay close enough attention to the text on the new game screen and played for an hour before I realized that I couldn't save over the old file. >_<
Rather than releasing or permanently boxing fainted Pokemon, I'm going to trade them away on the GTS, with any items they are holding. The Pokemon I get in return will stay in the box if they have a nickname and will be released otherwise. The idea is that my dead Pokemon are being reincarnated and getting a new life with a better trainer.
