The Wishing Star
Chapter 3: Working Solo is Hard
Jack was working hard on his farm, since most of his chores needed for him and Jill to work together, he had a hard time doing it. Soon, Jack was ready to give up, that’s when Karen came.
“Need some help?” Karen asked
“Yeah, thanks Karen” Jack answered
As soon as the two were done with the chores, Karen asked Jack a question “Where’s Jill and Rick?” she asked
“They went to visit my cousin, Melissa in the Forget-Me-Not Valley” Jack explained “You see, me and Jill got a letter from her yesterday, but the letter was dated, like a week ago. The letter must’ve gotten lost in the mail”
“That’s why I don’t really like to send letters” Karen told Jack
“Well, today I got a letter from Robert, my other cousin, he’s Melissa’s brother” he told her as he handed her the letter.
Dear Jack,
About a week ago, my sister, Melissa (You know her) sent you and Jill a letter. I was just wondering if you got it or not. -Robert
“Oh, I guess Robert got concerned,” Karen said
“That’s my cousin!” Jack told her.
Back in the Forget-Me-Not Valley, Rick and Jill were helping Melissa with her farm chores. “Thanks again for helping me you two,” Melissa thanked them “Working solo is hard,”

Anways...I love the story. I bet Jack and Karen are going to get together...right? Right...? You know I am...Lol, I'm just kidding. But...there is a possibility...I want to hear more!

Nearly finished with Chapter 4

The Wising Star
Chapter 4: Super Rock vs. Crusher the Regular, Average Dog
Later that after noon, Melissa had a late lunch. Then when she walked outside and she saw Rock lying on the ground, sleeping, Growle was barking at him. Rock got up “Hey Crusher,” he began “Stop barking, it‘s annoying” Growle barked again.
Rock saw Melissa and got up “Hey Melissa, what are you doing?” he asked
“What are YOU doing?” She responded,
“It’s a long story, it’s called, Super Rock vs. Crusher the Regular, Average Dog!” he announced “Do you want to hear volume 1 of my tragic story?”
“I’m listening,” Melissa answered
“Alright, I walked to your farm for a visit. On the long journey from the Inner Inn to your farm, then, I wondered if you’d be surprised by my visit. Since I’ve come a long way to visit you, I expected something like a warm meal or a gift. Then, Crusher here…”
“His name is Growle!” Melissa interrupted
“Right, Growle,” Rock corrected “He walked up to me, since I was a fan of dogs and your dog is a very cute dog, I wanted a dog for myself…but…I don’t have any money. I wondered how much you would sell your dog for.”
“Wait,” Melissa said “You thought I would sell my dog?”
“Let me finish,” Rock told her “Then Growle attacked me! Then I got angry ‘We will have a contest’ I announced. So, me and Growle raced around your farm 3 times and each time, I won! Though, your dog seems to be in a bad mood…” and he left, as he left, Melissa bit her lip,
“I know that look,” a voice said
“What?” Melissa gasped, she looked around and there Jill was, in between the trees.
“That look,” she told her
“Wha-what look?” Melissa asked
“You know what I’m talking about,” Jill scolded,
“I…I don’t know what you’re talking about Jill,” She responded
“You like that guy, don’t you?” Jill asked
“No!” Melissa denied
“Don’t lie to me,” Jill told her,
“I don’t!” Melissa exclaimed, as she walked away.
Jack was lying on the ground with Karen, “I’m bushed,” he said. Then, Takakura came.
“Hello,” he started “Are you Jack?”
“Yeah,” Jack answered “…and you are?”
“I’m a messenger sent by your sister,” he answered “She’s staying at the Valley for the night,” then he walked off.
“Really…” Jack said to himself “Hey, Karen,”
“Yes?” Karen said
“Can you spend the night?” he asked, “Jill’s staying at the Valley for the night,”
“Sure,” she answered, smiling, Jack smiled too.

Aww...Karen and Jack are so cute together. I think Rock and Melissa are too. I can't wait to hear more of the story. ^_^ Keep up the good work!

The Wishing Star
Chapter 5: Starry Night
While Melissa was milking Miltank, her cow, Takakura came with a female horse. “She’s beautiful!” Melissa gasped when she saw her new horse “But I didn’t order her…”
“I did,” Takakura explained “Think of it as a gift,”
“Thanks Takakura,” she thanked him, “I’ll name her, Epona.”
Later on, Melissa was on the beach, looking up at the stars. When will it appear? Melissa thought
“Hey Melissa!” Rock called out
Melissa turned back and saw him “Rock!” she exclaimed
Rock ran over to her “What are you doing?” he asked
“Looking up at the stars” Melissa answered,
“Really…” Rock said
“Oh,” she started, she pointed to the star above the moon “Do you see that star?”
“Yeah, what about it?” he asked her,
“That’s the wishing star,” Melissa explained “You point to it, you close your eyes and make a wish, is there any…oh”
Rock was already making a wish. I wish Melissa liked me more… he thought. Then Melissa made a wish, I wish I could sing in front of a lot of people… she thought.
Meanwhile, back in Mineral Town, Jack was playing with a blue feather, wondering why he doesn’t have the courage to propose to Karen. I love her… he thought …but I’m afraid to get married to her…I just wish… he looked up at the wishing star and made a wish I wish I had the courage to propose to Karen…
Back in the Valley, Jill was watching Melissa and Rock. “I can’t believe it!” she told herself “At this rate, Melissa and that guy are going to be married soon!” she remembered when Jack and Karen 1st met.
They loathed each other, Jill thought At the Supermarket, Jack and Karen got into a fight
“Pig smeller!” Karen yelled
“Store Snob!” Jack shouted back
“Cow Milker!” she insulted. They glared at each other and left. This continued until at Mother’s Hill
“Blondy!” Jack shouted
“Black Heart!!!” Karen yelled, Jack was very hurt by this comment really hurt Jack “I’m sorry, I wasn’t thinking” then Jack and Karen became better friends.
