Chapter 1: For the love of all that is true

"Ann!" Doug called worridly, Ann hadn't been seen since dinner and Doug was starting to worry, "Ann! Where are you?" Doug looked everywhere but he couldn't find Ann. There was one place he hadn't checked, the summit. He ran as fast as he could to the summit and found Ann asleep on the damp grass. Doug picked Ann up and carried her to the inn. Ann was only 6 and was a bit curious, she enjoyed exploring and got lost quite a lot! When Doug had got Ann settled there was a knock on thr door, it was Ellen, she asked how Ann was, Doug said that Ann was fine and she was asleep in her bed. Then Ellen left. Doug then (he was tired of course) went into his bedroom and fell asleep!

Chapter 2: New arrivals
The day after the incident Ann heard that someone new was moving in and there would be a festival at the beach, Ann (as she was only 6) got Doug to dress her in her best clothes. Just before the ceremoney Ann had her dinner and then ran to the beach. There was a family of three there and the little girl looked older than Ann and so Ann thought that she better keep out of her way, and how right she was. When Ann was walking past the girl stuck her foot out and Ann landed with a thump on the sand. As she was 6 she started crying, the girl didn't care she just laughed and laughed. When Ann got up she heard a woman say " Karen, it isn't funny when people trip young lady!" And then Karen was silent and Ann ran to Doug. Doug looked at her sternly and asked what had happened as her dress was sandy and crumpled up, Ann just said that she had tripped over and she was fine, Doug didn't look like he beleived her but nodded and carried on chatting to Lillia about the goddes festival soon...


Chapter 3: Enimies and friends.
Karen was horrible to Ann and made her cry a lot, a few years past and Karen was still bullying Ann, Ann was 8 by then and was sick of being bullied. It was soon Anns 9th birthday and she was supposed to invite 5 people, she decided to invite;
Popuri,
Mary,
Gray,
Rick and
Tim.

She didn't invite Karen though because she was horrible! On the evening They all arrived. Popuri had bought 3 suitcases, Mary 1, Gray 1, Rick 1 and Tim 2 because he had to put his inhaler in a seperate bag. They lugged their stuff upstairs. They had a dance and then they were telling scary stories, as they were only 9 there stories wern't very good, Popuri started, " One dark scary night a little girl named Lillie, it was midnight when suddenly there was a knock on the door..." The second Popuri said 'knock on the door' there was a knock on the door, all of the girls and boys screamed their heads off. Doug went down and heard a male talking...

Haha, I like it. I think it's cute that Karen's a brat even when she's young.

Chapter 4: The new visitor
Everyone was shaking like mad when the boy was talking. Mary was huging Gray really hard. Then Doug came upstairs with a little boy a bit older than Ann trailing beside him. "This is Cliff, he has ran away from home to get away from his father, he will only be staying shortly and I hope that you will be nice to him! "H-hi." Cliff said
" I am Popuri, the prettiest girl here!" Popuri said smiling gracefully
" Hi, mate I am Tim and I am going to be a Doctor when I grow up." Tim said shaking hands.
" Hi, I am the drama queens brother Rick." Rick said also shaking hands
" Hi I am Gray." Gray said tucking his cap over his face.
" Hi, I am Mary. Don't worry about my boyfriend he is just shy." Mary said
Everyone looked at Ann who was blushing furiously, " Oh, I am Ann and I run the inn with my father which you are staying in." She said not looking at Gray. Ann secretly liked to talk to people in private, not with 5 other people there to. Cliff smiled at her and Ann couldn't help thinking that his smile was cute. " Hey, Cliff how long are you staying here?" Tim asked
"Oh, bout a mont." Cliff muttered. Then he went into his room. Ann left the room and went into Cliffs room to help him with the covers. Whenshe had made everything spick and span then she went back in to find Mary and Popuri already asleep, which meant that the boys were the only ones up, Ann got worried because she hated being with boys alone. She started chatting and then one said to play truth or dare. She said okay and then Gray said "Ann, is it true you have a crush on Cliff?"
Ann froze "NO! Well yes..." she said looking down, "But how did you know?"
"Oh, um it it was obvious by your face." Gray guessed. "Anyway, I dare you to kiss Cliff tomorrow!"
Ann so wanted to use a chicken card, but she couldn't say no to a dare, she never has and she never will.

Chapter 5: The dare.
The next day Ann went to see Cliff (after everyone went home) and started talking to him, Cliff talked easier without everyone there! Then she said that Gray had dared her to kiss you and so they went into Cliff room and kissed, Ann and Cliff both liked it and smiled at eachother...

A FEW MONTHS LATER!
Cliff still hadn't left and he was going out with Ann, Ann was glad he hadn't gone. They hadn't kissed since the day he came here. One night Clif left silently and nobody knew until the next morning. Ann was heartbroken! She loved Cliff and thought he loved her back, but he didn't he was a lying person. Ann was only 9 but her heart had been broken already... the following night Ann found a note in Cliffs room, it said:
Deareast Ann
I an sorry that I had to leeve like this but I really will miss you!
Lots of love
CLIFF!
Ann put it in her jewellry box which had school reports and stuf like that, you knew that she loved Cliff with the heart and couldn't wait until he came back!

Chapter 6: I'm sorry Cliff...
A few days after Cliff left a new boy came to visit, his name was Kai and he was 10. Kai was cute, Ann thought anyway. When Kai first came Ann felt shy like she did with Cliff, but this wasn't cliff this was someone compkletely different! Popuri and Ann went to see Kai unpack bags and he winked at her and pretended that Popuri wasn't there. A few days later Ann was spying on Kai and all of the girls fancied him! Ann watched Popuri go up to Kai and Kai ignored her. Then Elli, then Mary and then Karen! The same thing as Popuri happened to all of them. Then Ann went to see Kai and they had a chat (!). Ann forgot all about Cliff, well its his own fault, he shouldn't have ditched her in the first place! Should he have though? He might come back and at the moment Kai's walking around town saying that Anns his girlfreind!!!!

I like it! By the way, (this is referring to the earlier chapters and Mel's Karen's a brat comment) why does everyone hate Karen?? I think she's nice.
