.....If you don't marry on the GBA game will it end the game like it does the GameCube one? or will life go on as is? I've always wondered this. I mean, what if you do not marry the Harvest Goddess or anything?

You don't ever have to get married on FoMT, but after year 4 the rivals (Doc, Gray, Cliff, Rick and Kai) can marry the girls.

The only thing you miss out on if you don't marry is the Mountain Cottage. There's no limit, but if you don't marry by Year 4, you're in danger of having the girls getting married to your rivals and end up forced to marry the HG if you want to marry.
The only reason AWL had a limit is because it focused more on raising your child than farming.

Yes. INSANE requirements to marry her. Plus, you can't see her heart level. Hell, I'm halfway through Winter Year 9 and I still don't have the requirements neccessary to marry her.

In my FOmT I'm on year 3 and I still have black hearts from every girl. I was experimenting with the game. You know seeing if maybe the game would end if you didn't marry. But now that I know that it will continue, I can go ahead and get all my stuff done. I don't have anything but chickens!!!! it's bad!! and I'm embarrassed. Actually I don't have anything because I thought, what's the point if the game's going to end on you? *runs away and feels stupid* anyway thanks for your help guys. I appreciate it!! *huggles everyone that helped me*
