I would've put this in the HM:DS help thread but... yeah.
I was playing one of my files and it froze. This if course, wasn't surprising for this particular game. <.<
So I turned off my DS and was going to load it. Then the bottom part (that usually says 'diary 1 diary 2'
It said:
Save
LoadDia ry 1Dia
It always has done this for this particular file since it froze. Anything I can do, and WHY did it happen?
I didn't have ANY basements. I forgot what the last thing I did in the game was, but nothing past the routine. (get up, give Muffy a present, get more jewelry if necessary, eat all the wild stuff. I was going about trying to get to having eaten 150 pieces of grass for the third sprite that comes after you eat grass, (<.<) snd suddenly, my game froze! >_<

Maybe next time you should save it in both slots, then. I do that in MM, just in case.

I've heard of this happening before. The only option is to save your game in both slots so that if one gets corrupted, you have the other as backup  |

oooh, that sux. but i have a suggestion. why dont you play the file where you're doing the mushroom thing (EVIL!) and then when you're done with that, save your other game onto the file.

Huh? I can't load it. It wont work no matter how often I try, it always gives me that odd screen when I try to load Diary 1.

Hmmm... Here's my judgement of what seems to have happened: HM: DS has screwed you over.
I do believe when your game froze your file became corrupted. I suggest deleting the file that made if freeze (or starting a new game over it), and if that doesn't fix it, then do the same to the other file that you have as well. And if that doesn't work... Well... Go complain to Gamestop or EB games. <.<;;

Reminds me of what happened to my FoMT cart just before I went to Australia. Actually, that sort of turned out to be the proverbial "blessing in disguise", since getting my game back to where it was gave me something to do on the long car trips with little scenery in between Dubbo and Burke, and between Burke and Brisbane. Playing the game also kept me distracted from dad's akward transition to righthand-drive, left lane traffic.  |

Another question:
I ordered the tool box, and after I got it, it was still showing the Harvest Sprite Airbed 3000! Why won't it keep showing me stuff? >_<

Call Gotz anyway to see if you can expand your house. I was able to get the 2nd expansion before I got the kitchen.
