The only ones I have read.
James and the Giant Peach. Not a school assignment. I just read it since my mom got me a copy to read to me as a bedtime story. I reread it years later for the fun of it.
Harry Potter (series), these were not around when I was in school.
If you can count the movie version of Gone with the Wind as a visual book, then I have read it.

I've read:
A Clockwork Orange (Still haven't finished it since I got distracted, but I've seen the movie) The Face on the Milk Carton (For school, but not required. Worst book ever.) The Giver (Required.) Goosebumps (Some of them) Harry Potter (First one) A Light in the Attic (Wait, what. Why is this challenged?) Lord of the Flies (Required) The Outsiders (Required) A Wrinkle in Time (For school)
One of the other books I've read in school, The Wars, is apparently challenged a lot as well.

A lot of those were required reading for me. Now, why on earth do people have a problem with James and the Giant Peach? Is it because some people die in it? Or the horrible way that James's aunts treated him? Either reason would be a stupid one, death and abuse are just facts of life, you can't shelter kids from them forever. Our teacher read it to us in the second grade, and we went to see the movie as a class, which was in theaters at the time (yeah, I know I'm dating myself there).
