My coworkers have been jerks lately and I want to get back at them with an April Fools prank. It can't be anything that might get me fired, so nothing too mean-spirited, or, you know, illegal. >.>
Also, I work in a grocery store, so classic work place pranks, like filling my coworkers cubicle with foam peanuts or duct-taping everything, are out.

No; the music system is a satellite...thing and it's touchy. Besides, Never Gonna Give You Up plays actually plays on a somewhat regular basis on whatever channel we have.

I was thinking of running it on constant repeat, but oh well. I was just throwing something out there; I'm not really all that good with pranks. My taste in humor runs more to dry wit.

This might seem a strange thing to do, but for the co-workers you know to like sweet candy. How about buying some sour candy and giving it to them.

That's not a bad idea, but my manager doesn't usually eat candy. She's become kind of a health nut in the last few years >.>
