Hostess to Close Down for Good

So, apparently Hostess is closing down for good due to a strike by the bakery workers. They also own the Drake's and Wonder Bread brands. Hostess will be selling off some of their brands.

I'm not surprised. Between health nazis, excessive taxes, and people who can't appreciate the fact that they've got a job in the middle of this recession, it was probably only a matter of time before they fell.

I'm not even Hostess's biggest fan, but I definitely hope the brands they're selling off include their Cupcakes and Fruit Pies. I'm going to stock up at the Hostess outlet in Carson City just to be safe.

Yeah, I gotta buy some cupcakes. The fruit pies have been hard to find in the last few years, so much so that I almost thought they were discontinued. :/
