Okay, I have borrowed a copy of Pokemon white (not White 2 which I originally played) to experience the whole roster of games. But to make things interesting, I have decided to play a special version of Nuzlocke.
*Note*
I do not believe in playing the traditional Nuzlocke for a variety of reasons, plus I've been playing my own version of Nuzlocke long before it even became a thing.
So here are my Nuzlocke rules:
1: NEVER catch any pokemon! (Only pokemon I can use are those given to me by other NPC's and those who want to join my party from the dreamworld.)
2: No HM slaves! (The party Pokemon must use the HM's. This increases the Game's difficulty by reducing the number of moves I can use. Plus I never liked the word "slave".)
3: I can only have up to six Pokemon. (0 Pokemon in the PC, I can only own party Pokemon. If I cannot progress because of the HM rule, I must release one to get another.)

Good luck! Nuzlockes are fun, but challenging. I actually restarted my HG Nuzlocke last night. Maybe I'll start my own thread for it

Completed 2 gym badges. My pokemon are:
Servine (I have Samurott and Emboar in the other 2 Pokemon games) Panpour (received at the dream yard) Larvitar (Dreamworld)
This challenge is difficult, especially since Larvitar had no damaging moves for quite some time. It now has Rock throw and Rock smash. This would be a lot easier if I could get a fire Pokemon, but Nuzlocke rules says I must wait.

Okay, I had a tough time with the third gym badge. Lost a couple of times, and I could not progress unless I level up my Pokemon to an insane level. Levianny just plowed through my team. Both Larvitar (Aka Terror) and Panpour (Aka Aqua) are weak to grass, and my Servine (Aka Slither) is weak to Bug Pokemon. Luckily, I was able to get my hands on a Houndour last night. After a bit of power leveling to catch up, Houndour evolved to Houndoom (Aka Baphomet). Thanks to Baphomet, we were able to fight well, and get the third badge.
Now we come to a situation. Terror is a ground/rock type, but it will eventually evolve to a Tyranitar which is Rock/Dark type. I don't need 2 dark type Pokemon in my team, so I will need to let one go. I could keep them both, but I'll need space for future Pokemon. Even though Terror was a good Pokemon, I decided to release it into the wild.
Terror was a great Pokemon. But the Nuzlocke rules state that no Pokemon shall be kept in the PC. So I gave it a hug and a kiss before releasing it into Route 4. This special Pokemon was born from the dreams of my Panpour Aqua, and joined my team to help me with my second badge. It's effort will never be forgotten.

I know you're playing by different rules, but it's hard to let a Pokemon go

I know. Even though it's only a game, in the world of Pokemon, these creatures are living beings too. They have the right to be free, and not confined to PC boxes for their entire lives. Ash in the cartoons have released many Pokemon when it was time to be free.

Okay, new to my team is one of the oldest Pokemon in the roster, Nidoqueen (Cleopatra) has joined my group. Quite an interesting Pokemon, I have owned a Nidoqueen in the past, but this will mark the first time I will complete a game with her. An interesting Pokemon that evolves very early, and posses a nice type match of ground and Poison. Although not very strong statwise, her stats are very balanced out leaving no real weaknesses. I love that she can learn a crazy set of moves. I can't wait to see what she can do for my party.
I have just cleared Elsea, and got my fourth badge She was fairly easy with my previous 3 Pokemon, no need for a ground Pokemon for this fight.

Well, I beat Pokemon White Version. I was NOT expecting to catch Zekrom on the semi final battle, so I had to let Poor Luxray go. To be honest, I really liked the way the game ended, BUT. . . I really didn't like the way most of the game was played. It might be because I didn't have many of the awsome features Black2/White2 had, but I also feel that this game lacked a lot of kick, and played as clunky as Ruby and Sapphire. I am not gonna regret my playthrough, but I didn't have as much fun as I anticipated. The game wasn't hard, but it became so dull and boring at times that I found myself rushing through the game, and I found myself with Pokemon that were weaker than the Elite 4. After a bit of leveling, the game's difficulty did ease up. One of my mayor complaints that I notice was that I was not allowed to "soft reset" my Zekrom. I really didn't care too much, for I already caught an Uber 1337 Zekrom on my Black 2 game. But if I didn't have Black 2, this would be a hair tugging problem. The features that I really miss are: Xtranceiver: Why can't I use my Xtranceiver in these games? Pokemon variety: The Pokemon I can catch without Dreamworld, Trading, Metagame were annoying. Can't even Upload Pokemon from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HG/SS until after you complete the game. Anyone who knows me well knows that I have a huge problem with Pokemon games rejecting Pokemon from previous generations. Why do I have to jump through so many hoops to beat the Elite 4 with an Arcanine? Join Avenue: God I love Join Avenue! No more running for hours to hatch one egg! EV training is so much easier. Pokemon Judge: Maybe there is one in Black/White, but I never found it. Pokemon Black2/White2 was easy to find and use. Curtis/Yancy: OMG, my favorite part of Black2/White2! Eevee: Seriously? Was this too much to ask? PWT: A lot of fun, and nostalgic crack for older players. Colress: Awsome character! More Legendaries!: Besides Kyurem, Terrakion, Verizion, and Cobaldion; You can catch Creselia, Latios, Latias, Regice, Registeel, Regirock, Regigigas, Uxie, Mesprit, Aself, and Heatran. Damn, that's a lot of legendaries. Here I come! (No landorus, Tornadus, or thundorus )
