It's been a year since the last post (almost to the day, the last was by Jux on 4/4/2022)? That's just sad. I'll keep the flame going if no one else will. This and Rangerboard are the only boards I used to frequent that seem to even exist anymore, and that one happily doesn't seem to need any help.
Unless you count the FoMT remake (I don't, it was good, but added next to nothing beyond the facelift) or the solid clone that is Stardew Valley, I haven't played a new HM or SoS game in over a decade, but I'll contribute what I can to the conversation. I actually am looking forward to that AWL remake, hopefully, it'll fix some of the original's shortcomings. I liked the characters and world, but the game itself was kind of empty and unintuitive.
Now that I think of it, there's a topic right there.
