Social media has become an integral part of today’s marketing landscape . Here's a step-by- step guide to help you quickly and easily set up social media accounts for your business . Facebook page Step 1 : Create Account and Company Page Creating a Facebook page requires a personal Facebook account . Log in to your personal Facebook account and visit Step 2 : Setup Page _ Add your page name and category . Add your page introduction and click Create . LinkedIn company page Step 1 : Create Account and Company Page Creating a LinkedIn company page requires a personal LinkedIn account . Log in to your personal LinkedIn account at linkedin.com . Click Business > Create Company Page . Select "Company". Step 2 : Setup Page _ Enter your company name, page URL, website, industry , organization size , organization type. Upload your company's logo ( 300px x 300px ) and enter your company's slogan. Review the terms and click the checkbox to verify that you are an official representative of the company. Click " Next " On the next page , you can choose a username ( a username is a unique identifier on Twitter ) - enter your own username or choose a Twitter suggestion . Twitter will tell you if the username you want is available. Double check your name, phone / email address, password and username . Click " Create my account ". Step 2 : Convert Personal Account to Professional Account After registering, you have the option to convert your account to a Professional account . Upload a profile image (your company logo ), header image (use this to share new or timely content), bio (use 160 characters to share what you do and why Someone should follow you. Step 1 : Create an account Sign in to your Google account , or create one . Go create a profile . Step 2 : Set up an account Enter your company name. If you receive a message that someone else has verified the business, please request ownership of the business profile . Search your business category . and click Next . Choose whether you have a location your customers can access . You may be asked to enter your business address or place a marker on the map to indicate your business location. Once completed, click Next . Enter your business 's service area. You can set your service area based on city, zip code , or other areas you serve . You can add up to 20 service areas. Enter your phone number and website URL and click Next . Click "Finish". Choose a verification option.
