The Chinese Communist Party has murdered millions (if not billions) of baby girls as a direct result of the One Child Policy. Due to the massive imbalance between the sexes, the few Chinese girls who make it to childhood have to be watched by their parents like hawks so that they aren't kidnapped and sold as brides.
