um....I'm seeing pokemone everywhere. On Saturdays I'm seeing NEW seasons on KidsWB and more toys than ever. They must really want to sell their Pokemon. I sorta hate to say this but I think I may actually be getting back into it......I'm not exactly sure yet however..... *runs away*

Pokemon really suckxx It's for da kids!! Don't take this the wrong way, but someone who goes around saying a game "suckxx" because it's for "da kids" isn't going to get very far in convincing people.... It's fine to disagree about the games, but please at least post something constructive. You can disagree and still add to the discussion, but you're not going to do it that way.

I bought Pokemon Emerald today. I didn't play much...I saved it right after naming my starter. I chose Mudkip and named him Skippy!

I may actually be getting back into it......I'm not exactly sure yet however..... *runs away* I don't really know how old you are, but I'm 18 and just graduated from High School.....and just ordered Pokemon Emerald online. Yeah, I wouldn't worry about whether Pokemon is "cool" or not. If you like the stuff, that's all that matters, right?

If you like the stuff, that's all that matters, right? okay this is the sort of thing that I would only tell my closest friends because my rep would be shot. {at least if I were still in school} A few of my other of my closest friends and I sorta like Pokemon. I can think of two people right off the top of my head that like Pokemon. but I'm afraid to say their names, because they will kill me if I put their name out there for everyone else to see. but anyway, yeah, I have the red, blue, yellow, sapphire, gold, silver versions. But I'm not interested in the games anymore and I'm still thinking of taking them up to Rhino's for some money or store credit. I'm still not sure however. What if one day I want them again? I may regret taking them up to the store!!! The games of Pokemon Bore me, but the show, it's not that bad. It's just that Team Rocket annoys the hell out of me.

heh. Today when I was cleaning my room I found my Pokemon Gold version. Now that was a find!!!! I hadn't seen that thing sinse like last fall or whater.
and you have the new version Butters? Speaking of the new versions, I'm not even sure if I should buy them. My little cousin has shown them to me and they look pretty cool but I'm not sure if I would get a lot of use out of it you know? After playing this game awhile it gets boring...especially after you defeat everyone...

Speaking of the new versions, I'm not even sure if I should buy them. My little cousin has shown them to me and they look pretty cool but I'm not sure if I would get a lot of use out of it you know? After playing this game awhile it gets boring...especially after you defeat everyone... I'd recommend giving 'em a try. =) They're pretty fun - even the FireRed and LeafGreen versions. FR and LG are remakes of the original Pokemon games (Red and Green in Japan - everyone else got Japan's Blue version, but split into Red and Blue versions). FR/LG are just like the originals but they've been brought up to date (they have everything Ruby/Sapphire has plus some), have a new set of islands that really help add to the length of the game, and misc. extra features beyond that stuff. Ruby/Sapphire are good, but Emerald is probably better if you're considering a new game. I'm personally a bit disappointed with the Pokemon selection in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, but that can be cured by trading with FireRed/LeafGreen/Colosseum. The Pokemon in Ru/Sa aren't too bad either - I just think Nintendo could have done a better job choosing which of the old Pokemon were included/excluded. =/ All the new games are fun though. I expect that if you like the old games, you'll fully enjoy the new games too. The new games do have lots of new stuff that you're sure to love. Replayability is about the same for the newer games though. If you got bored after beating the toughest trainers in the older games, the new ones won't offer much more to fix that. =/ It's up to you whether it's worth buying, but I'm guessing you'd probably like the new games. =)
