It's a new one that I just typed. But you might not like it because the girl falls in love with...Oops! *covers mouth* Ch. 13- It’s Fall 13! “So…” Ann said. “What did you do?” “We played Truth or Dare and Spin the Bottle.” I said. “What?!” Ann said. “My favorite games?” Cliff laughed. We turned around. “What?” I asked. “N-Nothing” Cliff said. “Hey Nikki?” Kai asked. “Why were you going to California?” “My- My dad lives there.” I said. They looked at each other. “We didn’t know you had a family.” Popuri said. “All I know is Cliff was going to-” Cliff made a gesture to Popuri to keep quiet. Popuri covered her mouth. I blushed and smiled at Cliff. He smiled nervously. “So what do we do?” Gray asked. “Well…” Tim started thinking. “Let’s go down to the beach.” Elli said. I shook my head. “What is today?” I asked. “It’s Fall 13.” Cliff said. “The Full Moon Festival! It’s almost six.” Rick said. It turned dark after a couple minutes. Kai and Popuri stood up. So did Rick and Karen, Elli and Tim, and Gray and Mary. Cliff and I stood up together. Cliff beckoned to Ann, but she shook her head. “This girl ain’t going this year.” Ann said. “Besides, you two should be together.” “Ann…” I said. “Come on.” Cliff grabbed my shoulder and dragged me out.

Yeah PM me...But if you try again I won't tell you.
Chapter 14- Love and the Moon “Wow! It’s so bright!” Popuri observed. We all agreed. Perfect for a Full Moon Festival. We all stood at different spots on Mother’s Hill. Cliff and I stood in front. I smiled as he put his arm around me. “This is perfect.” I said. “My best friend and a beautiful moon.” Cliff rolled his eyes. “You still think we’re just ‘friends’?” He asked. “Yeah.” I said. He laughed. “We’re not friends.” Cliff said. I looked at him. I pulled away. He wasn’t my friend? Cliff caught me. “Noooo.” He said “That’s not what I meant. I meant you mean more to me than a friend. I- I love you.” He looked down at his feet. “Cliff?” I asked. “What, you hate me now?” He said and looked tearful. “No, I love you too.” I said. There. I finally admitted it. “You know Cliff?” I said. “I’m not going back to my dad.” “Why? Was he horrible to you?” He asked. “No, I want to stay here.” I said. “With you.” We smiled at each other. “That’s what I thought you would say.” Cliff said. I turned to him and I did what I wanted-we kissed. I loved this place. And now it loved me back.

Haha! You both guessed wrong!
Ch. 13- Mineral Town My father, once he discovered where I was, came for me. I didn’t leave, because I didn’t want to. I told my dad no, my place was here, and I really never liked his house. He smiled at Cliff when I introduced him to Cliff. My dad whispered something to Cliff and Cliff blushed. Dad left a couple hours after that. I now understand Mineral Town. I FINALLY know its name. I look back and now understand everything that was in my past. Ann had gotten jealous, and Cliff had liked me ever since he saved me. I hardly remember the sharks, because I’ve been here for almost a year now. I now know what really happened in the party. Cliff told everyone that he wanted to marry me, and Popuri almost blabbed it out. He hasn’t proposed yet, but I hope he will soon do. I’m sure I would accept it, but it’s exciting to see if I really will.

Maybe he said, "I think you will make a good son..."
Lol, Nikki's an only child, that would make sense....
Or, "I think there is a girl with glasses in the bush listening to everything we say."

*laughes* The girl is me! *keeps listening to Cliff and Nikki's dad's conversation*
Ch. 16-Marry It was Spring 14, and someone opened the door. It opened and Cliff walked in. He held cookies and a letter. He opened the cookies and helped me eat one. It was sweet, the best cookies I had ever eaten. He set aside the cookies. “Thanks so much!” I cried. “You forgot to read the letter.” Cliff said, starting to grin. I smiled suspiciously at him, for I was sure he wrote something funny, annoying, boring, or embarrassing. He slowly unstuck the sticker sealing the envelope (for me), which was a heart. When it was off I looked up. Cliff’s grin grew. He opened the top and something fell on the floor. I got down to see the letter, but froze as I saw THE BLUE FEATHER. Cliff fell back on his bed, laughing. I sat stunned; I got up; and jumped on top of him. He rolled around with me until I shouted “YES Cliff YES!” It was the most unique wedding in Mineral Town. Popuri and Elli got me dressed in a short wedding dress (Except I didn’t wear shoes-you’ll see why). Mary was my best girl and Kai was Cliff’s best man. Then we went up to Carter (I had learned his name by now) and he said Will you care each other in sickness and in health, you know, blah, blah, blah. He finally said you can kiss the bride. I kissed Cliff. Then Stu came up with the rings, except they looked more like bracelets. Cliff took them, we sat down and he strung them on our ankles. We laughed and he helped me up. We were wed. Everyone was gushing about it for a week! Especially my father, once I wrote to him about the news. Even now, some people are still telling the story of a young girl who has no arms, endured much hatred, married the man she loved, finally has a purpose, and was able to live happily ever after.
