harvestmoongirl: In AWL: Go past Vesta's farm and try to go up the path. The Sprites will stop you and ask if you want to link. In FOMT: Throw any item into the Harvest Goddess pond. She will ask you to link. Say yes to both questions. The second question is a typo.  |

Hmmm, what exactly do you mean it doesn't work? Do you mean you get the "Link failed" message? Or is it just not connecting at all?

The gameboy advance says that there is no connection and the awl one keeps on aborting.

Hmm. Maybe your cable isn't good. Is it an offical Nintendo product or some crappy, rip-off third party cable?
I want that cottage! I need just 2 more seasone till Chapter 3 then it's cottage time!

So you have a third-party cable? There's the problem. Third-party products are not to be trusted. 3/4 of my GCN controllers are HipGear and they malfunction a lot. The offical never does.
Nintendo is known for making top quality hardware that is hard to recreate.
