Chapter twenty: Love?!

Eve stared at the ceiling. Mineral town... Was that really where she was? Across the sea from her true home? From the place she loved? Eve heard a knock on the door. She lazily got up. "Maybe that's someone who came to take me home..." She opened the door. A brown haired boy was there. He was also wearing a blue hat. Somehow, he looked like... "No! That can't be him!" Eve thought. "Hi." the boy said, interrupting her thoughts. Eve didn't smile. She just said "Hi. Is there something you want?" she was in a bad mood. The boy laughed. "No, I just heard there was some new girl, And I decided to say hi." He smiled and looked around Eve's new home. "It'll be nice to have a winery in town." the boy said. "I'm Daniel by the way." he said. "I live at that farm down there." he pointed to a farm, a little ways from the winery. "You can visit it sometime if you want." Eve raised an eyebrow. "No thanks. I probably won't be here for long. I actually have a life somewhere. And I also have a boyfriend." Eve said. She sounded pitiful, but it was the best she could do. Daniel laughed. "Well, thats fine. But you'll probably need to get around this place in the short time you'll be here, so do you want me to give you a tour?" he grinned. Eve sighed. She really didn't have anything better to do... "Sure..." she said. "I'm Eve."

Blue stared at the sky. He couldn't stop thinking of Eve. Why did she have to leave? She'd promised that she'd be back. He had to trust that promise for now. "Hey cowboy." Blue spun around. Gwen was leaning against the fence. She started laughing. "Hey Gwen." Blue grunted. The laughter stopped. "Blue, I miss her too." she sniffed. "but, she'll be back. Have faith." Blue nodded sadly, but he didn't know how he could have faith. She was gone...

When Eve got back home, it was dark. Daniel smiled at her. "Today was cool." he said. Eve nodded. "It's a beautiful night, don't you think?" "I have a boyfriend you know." she said, opening the door to the winery. Daniel smirked. "Whatever." he responded, and he left. Eve looked up at the sky, and wondered what Blue was doing...

Eve heard laughing. She woke up and snuck downstairs. Duke was with a black haired woman. Daniel had told her that the woman's name was Manna, and she was the town gossip. Eve glared angrily. "He can have love but I can't?!" Eve ran to her bed angrily. She cried into her pillow, and then she looked at her calender. It was Summer 10th. How could Eve make it here until winter?!(Her birthday) Would she be able to sneak out...? Eve sobbed into her pillow. Life was getting worse...

It was weeks later. Gwen sat at the beach, the water was getting her feet wet. She didn't mind, she actually enjoyed it. Gwen looked up at the dark starry sky. "Eve, where are you?" she thought. Suddenly, she heard laughter. Gwen jumped behind a rock. She looked to see who the people were. It was definitely a couple...It was...no! It couldn't be! Blue and...Ann? Gwen hid behind the rock again. How could this have happened?

Chapter twenty-one: Bye?

Blue rolled over in bed. He heard Ellen walk into the house. "WE have mail!" she cried. She had always gotten excited when mail had arrived. Blue heard her walk into his room. "Wake up sleepyhead! You have mail!" she said, dropping a letter on Blue's bed. Blue rubbed his eyes and looked d at the letter. It was from Eve. "Probably just one of those 'I'm doing fine' letters." he thought. But it wasn't.

Gwen stared astonished, at the letter she held before her. "Why is Eve doing this?!" she thought angrily. She heard someone walk into the Inn. She walked to the front to see who it was. Ann! She sat down. "Lovely day, isn't it?" she said to Gwen. Gwen glared at her. "What?" Ann asked unknowingly. "Why are you dating Blue?" Gwen spat. "Oh him? We aren't really dating. He just wants to be with someone while Eve is...away."
Ann explained. "Well, thats a lame excuse! And Eve is coming back!" Gwen said angrily. "Well, don't yell at me about it! Blue came to me." Ann spat. At first, Gwen found this hard to believe, but then she realized that it shouldn't be a surprise. Blue really believed that Eve was gone...

When she was in her room, Gwen reread Eve's letter. It must have been the thousandth time she had done so, but Gwen thought shed read it again and it might change... It said:
Dear Gwen,
I'm coming home. I don't care what my Uncle says! I'm running away. I cant take this place, and I cant wait until Winter. I know that if i don't get back Soon, you and Blue will think I'm never coming back, and I don't want that to happen. Meet me at the dock at 7:00 a.m on Fall 1st. I'll be there...

Gwen reread it again. Was this really happening? Why wasn't she happy that her best friend was coming back? Then she remembered Blue...

Eve sat in bed, planning her escape. How would she do it? A few days ago, Eve had decided to go back home. She knew she didn't belong here, and so did everyone else. She heard the front door open. She knew who it was. Duke and stupid Manna. Eve was so mad that her uncle had a relationship like this, but she couldn't have any relationship at all... Well, she could she just refused to.

Eve threw her suitcase out the window. Then she threw her second suitcase down. Eve jumped out herself and landed on a bush. Just as she was getting her suitcase, it broke open, and her clothes spilled out. Eve swore to herself. As she was gathering her things, she heard the front door opened. Busted. Duke walked up to her, and she blushed. He sighed. "I had a feeling this would happen" he said. "I shouldn't have taken you away from Flower Bud Eve. I bet Blue is alot better of a boy then I know." he looked down sadly. "I'm sorry." Eve smiled sweetly. "It's OK." she said. "But I'm still going home." Duke smiled. "It'll be different without you..." he said, sadly. She nodded and hugged him.

Thank you! I just thought of a new idea for a fan fiction, so I have to finish this one! But I don't know if I should continue, if only one person likes it! What should I do?? Well, for now, I'll give you this next chapter.

Chapter twenty-two: Magic?

Gwen sat worriedly on the dock. What was Eve going to do when she found out about Blue and Ann? Gwen was pretty sure that Blue still loved Eve, but if he did, why couldn't he just break up with Ann? Suddenly, Gwen heard a horn blow. Through the fog, she could see the ferry arriving. Why hadn't Blue come? Surely, Eve had told him to! Gwen heard footsteps behind her. She got up, and turned around. There was Blue, walking towards the dock, his hat pulled over his face, so all you could see was his mouth. Gwen smiled at him. "I thought you wouldn't show." Gwen giggled. Blue just nodded. The ferry pulled up against the dock, and a tiny bridge thing pulled out. Eve ran off. She laughed with joy when she saw her friends. No one else got off the boat, and it quickly closed the bridge, and sailed away. Eve ran to her friends. She hugged Gwen and whispered in her ear: "I'm so glad you guys came." Gwen hugged her back in response. Then Eve ran over to Blue. He looked emotionless, and Eve could tell. She pulled out of her own embrace and looked at him straight in his eyes. She turned her head a little to the side. "Whats wrong?" she asked. Blue looked away, and shook his head. Suddenly, they heard footsteps, and they saw someone running onto the beach. It was Ann! She smiled when she saw Eve. "You're back? Thats awesome! Blue never told me!" she smiled, but Eve's mouth suddenly dropped open. "You're dating?! Why? I thought you lo-" Tears spilled out of her eyes, and her words were interrupted by a loud sob. "Blue why?" she asked quietly. Then Eve ran away. Blue never said anything the whole time, but Gwen saw a tear trickle down his cheek. "I'm sorry..." he whispered quietly. Gwen shook her head and ran after Eve.

As Eve cried by the river, she only wanted one person to come to her rescue. Blue. She wanted him to come and hold her, and tell her that he was sorry, and that he really loved her, and that h e was a crazy freak who never should have done anything with Ann. But that would never happen. blue would never do that. He would never come back, and even if he did, how could Eve trust him? Why hadn't he believed her when she said she was going to come home? Why? As Eve cried, she heard someone sit next to her. She didn't bother to look up. She knew it was Gwen, here to comfort her. But nothing would comfort her now... After a while, Eve wondered why there wasn't a comforting hand on her shoulder, and why Gwen wasn't telling her that everything would get better, and that she didn't need Blue to be happy... Eve looked up, and a gasp came out of her mouth at what she saw. But she was quiet, and didn't say anything, because she was afraid at what would happen. Then she heard a name come out of her mouth. "Grandpa?" she said slowly. She had to be dreaming! But he looked down and smiled at her. He nodded, and she knew why. When she blinked away tears, and opened her eyes he was gone. Eve was shocked at what she had just seen but she knew now that he still loved her. Blue still loved her.

Chapter twenty-three: True love

Blue watched Gwen run to get Eve, and he felt tears run down his face. Why was he such an idiot? "I know you love her." Ann said. Blue spun around. "I-I'm sorry..." He said quietly. Ann laughed. "It's OK! I knew you always loved her! I didn't think our relationship would actually go anywhere." Ann looked down. "I had been trying to help you, but..." She walked up to him, and kissed his cheek. "Eve's lucky." Ann whispered, and she walked off. As Blue watched Ann go, he wondered how she could be so forgiving.

It wasn't hard for Blue to find Eve. He knew she'd go by the river, and he was right. There she was, but she was looking at something, as though she was talking to some invisible person. He walked towards her, and then he felt his heart drop when he saw her tear stained face. He couldn't believe that he had caused those tears. As Blue sat next to her, Eve didn't look his way. He wasn't sure where to start. But then the words started spilling out of his mouth. "Eve... I'm so sorry. I don't know why I was dating Ann. It was stupid of me! I just..." he stopped to wipe his eyes. "I just thought you weren't coming back... I thought that you'd go to Mineral Town, and then find someone better then me! I thought that you deserved someone better then me, and when you went to Mineral town, you'd realize that too." he sniffed. "But I always loved you Eve! Even when I was with Ann, I knew she wasn't right for me! I knew that you were! I was using her to make me feel better! I..." He paused to see if she was still looking away from him, but when Blue looked Eve's way, her eyes were glistening with tears, and yet somehow a smile was on her face. And then he said it. "I love you Eve." Tears were now pouring out of Blue's eyes and then he heard Eve speak. "Blue...How can I trust you? What if you...do it again." she asked sadly. Blue looked at her. "I never forgot about you Eve... I kept this with me in case you...came back"

As Eve stared straight into Blue's eyes, she saw something. It was love. He loved her. He didn't want to be without her. And then Daniel's face flashed into her mind. She had liked him... She had betray Blue just as he had done to her. Just then he pulled something out of his rucksack. Eve felt hot tears fall out of her eyes as she took the blue feather from him. "Oh Blue... You didn't forget me. You really did love me that whole time didn't you?" she sobbed, but now tears of joy fell out of her eyes. "I love you Eve. And I always have."

Chapter twenty-four: Wedding day

Eve walked down the aisle, her head held high. As she looked at the faces of the people who had come to her wedding, she smiled. Her uncle Duke, and new Aunt Manna were there, huge smiles on their faces. Her best friend, Gwen, and Bob were there. Her new Uncle and Cousin in law were there, and then she looked straight ahead, at Blue and the Mayor. Eve smiled as she looked at her new husband. He loved her.

"You may kiss the bride." Blue picked Eve up, and started making out with her, and in the background were cheers and applauds. As Blue walked down the aisle, still carrying Eve, she looked up and smiled at him. "Will we live happily ever after?" she giggled. Blue smiled. "Yeah." he replied.

Chapter twenty-five: Happy ending

~Three seasons later~

Gwen ran to Eve's house. It was Summer 30th and there was one more season until Blue and Eve's first anniversary. But that wasn't why Gwen was running there. The scene replayed in her head. He had been so nervous, and when she had taken the blue feather... Gwen burst through the door, and then smiled at what she saw. "Oh Eve!" she said, sitting next to her friend. "He's so adorable." Eve smiled. "I know isn't he?" Gwen looked around. Eve was in her bed, holding her day old baby. Blue was next to her, sitting in a chair and snoring heavily. Gwen giggled at him, and Eve smiled again. "He's had a rough night." Eve said happily. Then she looked at Gwen seriously. "Gwen, well Blue and I were talking and... we want you to be the baby's godmother!" Eve exclaimed. Gwen gasped with joy. "Oh Eve! Thank you so much!" she cried, hugging her. "So, what'd you decide to name him?" Gwen asked, taking the baby from her friend. Eve smiled, and looked out the window.Then she replied: "Terry."

*sighs* Magical Melody... so many cute boys! When I first started I though my options were horrible and maybe I wouldn't marry, but now there are SOOO many that there's too many! Dan, Carl, Ray, Basil, Alex! Also, I like Jamie, but you can't play whiole married to Jamie. The game doesn't end like some say, you just go back to the last save point. So if you like me wish you could marry Jamie, first of all there are LOTS of requirements, and second of all, save right before the wedding and you can have the wedding then go back and marry somebody else.
